PRIVACY STATEMENT BETWEEN USER AND KUHNSOFT, LLC (DBA thewildtracker.com, Wild Tracker)

KUHNSOFT, LLC (DBA thewildtracker.com, Wild Tracker) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology
that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy
applies to the WildTracker site and governs data collection and usage.
By using the WildTracker site, you consent to the data practices described
in this statement.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For customers logging animal sightings via the App, WildTracker collects (in the category of personal information), personally identifiable information as follows: name, email
address, geocoordinates of animal sightings (latitude/longitude), and telephone number (to send SMS Txt verification for your account).
This information is to make the animal tracking system work properly and so we can identify you should we need to ask questions about out of the ordinary animal sightings.
For customers and consumers (organizations or municipalities), providing your Mobile Phone number, allows us to notify you of animal tracking related information or even can offer to give you assistance with your setup and technical support of the system via Txt Msg or phone calls to you. We are not responsible for any SMS Txt Msg rates you may incur from a carrier.
For consumers (organizations or municipalities) trying to view, retrieve, or download animal logging data, we collect: name, email
address, business or municipality address, geocoordinates of the address, so that we can pinpoint animal sighting data within a nearby proximity to you. In the category of personal information, personally identifiable information as follows is collected: name, email
address, and telephone number (to send SMS Txt verification for your account or assist with tech support and follow-up needs).
This information is to make the animal tracking system work properly and so we can identify you should we need to ask questions regarding the usage of our service.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically
collected by WildTracker. This information can include: your IP address,
browser type, domain names, access times, referring website addresses, as well as location data so we can find and locate shipping amounts properly. This
information is used by WildTracker for the operation of the service, to
maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use
of the WildTracker site. Our apps in the app stores will prompt for location access but will not collect background location data. We use location information help pinpoint your location on the map for you to confirm, prior to logging an animal sighting.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information
or personally sensitive data through WildTracker,
this information may be collected and used by others.
You may notify us at any time to have your information purged from our system by sending us an email with your request to support@thewildtracker.com.
Or, call us at +1 412-748-1025. Registered users who track animals can also click on their User Profile and click the Close Account button to have their account deactivated and data purged.
Consumers in the state of California may request access to review, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal identifieable information collected through the app using the above-mentioned contact information.
Consumers who are minors, if we know they are minors, will have their information obfuscated/encrypted so that we only know a sighting submission was placed at a period of time and to a certain location, but that no personal identifiable information can be extracted of that minor. If you are a minor or are parent or guardian of a minor that you know uses WildTracker, you may request deletion and/or obfuscation of the minor's information at any time also using the previously mentioned contact information above.
This information is the only information we collect so that the businesses or organizations needing to view the animal tracking data, can see the pertinent information about the animal sighting such as WHO/WHEN/WHERE and any photos or notes that get uploaded along with the animal sighting. For minors under age 16, or anyone else for that matter, we do not collect any additional information other than this bare minimum needed in case a business needs to contact you about your animal sighting.
By default, the above information is kept for a period of up to 3 years for accounting purposes by businesses and for their bookkeeping and tax purposes.
WildTracker encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites
you choose to link to from WildTracker so that you can understand how those
Web sites collect, use and share your information. WildTracker is not responsible
for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the WildTracker
and WildTracker family of Web sites.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
WildTracker collects and uses your personal information to operate the WildTracker
Web site and deliver the services you have requested. WildTracker also uses
your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services
available from WildTracker and its affiliates. WildTracker may also
contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services
or of potential new services that may be offered.
WildTracker does not sell, rent or lease your 'customers' or 'customer lists' to third parties. Information is only shared with businesses such as organizations and municipalities who are interested
in obtaining the tracking data which may involve giving them your information should they need to contact you about an oddity or specific animal sighting that you logged in the area.
WildTracker may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business
partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you and communicate with you about
value added offerings. In addition, WildTracker
may share data with trusted partners to help integrate with value-add services to
provide additional functionality and benefit to merchants/customers using our platform such as selecting a payment provider to use with WildTracker or mapping services to make you more visible when your business is active.
You may choose not to use these other like/similar services and may email us to have
your data removed from these other services if you choose not to use them or they do
not benefit you. We may also share data to help us perform statistical analysis, send
you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All
such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to
provide these services to WildTracker, and they are required to maintain
the confidentiality of your information.
WildTracker does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such
as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
WildTracker keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within
WildTracker, in order to determine what WildTracker services are
the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising
within WildTracker to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested
in a particular subject area.
We send periodic updates via email (newsletters) as well as verification emails to ensure a valid and legitimate account has been created.
You may unsubscribe to newsletters at any time using the Unsubscribe link provided within our periodic newsletters
which often also contain important system updates and enhancements. However, we have the right to always email you related to information about your account as well as copy you on things related to the usage of this platform such as animal sightings.
WildTracker Web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice,
only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on WildTracker or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or
property of WildTracker; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect
the personal safety of users of WildTracker, or the public.
USE OF COOKIES
The WildTracker Web site use "cookies" to help you personalize your online
experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
WildTracker secures your personal information from unauthorized access,
use or disclosure. WildTracker secures the personally identifiable information
you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from
unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit
card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use
of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. WildTracker does not house or store sensitive information such as credit card details. These are transmitted real-time and are directly processed by payment provider such as Square or PayPal for taking a yearly subscription from organizations and businesses who need to access the animal tracking data. This sensitive data never gets stored on WildTracker servers or databases and only refernces to your payment such as a Payment ID are stored in our platform.

WildTracker will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect
company and customer feedback. WildTracker encourages you to periodically
review this Statement to be informed of how WildTracker is protecting your
information.
